學習語言需要一股熱忱
（中央社記者劉麗榮台北13日電）總統府昨天駁回前總統馬英九前往香港演講申請案，前總統馬英九今天公開受訪表示，這個決議引起社會上很大爭議，「到底這個決定有沒有必要、是否公平」，相信社會自有公評。
總統府昨天以國安考量等4理由駁回馬英九的申請。對於馬英九未能到香港出席「亞洲卓越新聞獎頒獎典禮」，主辦單位亞洲出版業協會（SOPA）昨晚也發表聲明表示失望。
馬英九上午照例晨運，由於下雨沒有跑步改為游泳，馬英九從住家出發英文進修 台南英文補習前接受媒體訪問時表示，總統府昨天已正式表示拒絕同意他參加香港亞洲出版協會頒獎典禮的演說，這樣的決議引起社會上很大的爭議。
馬英九說，到底這個決定有沒有必要，是不是公平、合理，全國人民都在看，他相信社會也自有公評，謝謝大家關心。
面對媒體詢問，府方認為有洩密疑慮是否有政治考量，馬英九沒有正面回應，僅說謝謝。1050613
